How much does the bed weigh?

The bed weight with the arms in the box is approximately 18 pounds. The bed alone is 10 pounds.

How long does it take to set up?

Can the cover and cushion be washed? 

Yes, machine wash cold on gentle cycle.

What is the fabric made of?

Pet safe polyester and cotton.

Is there a warranty?

Yes a 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects only. Damage incurred by pet use or other causes will not be accepted.

Can I get a sample of the fabric? 

Yes, swatches are available on our Shop page.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat fee of $20.00 on all orders.

Can I install the pet bed anywhere on my bed?

Yes, you can place the pet bed on either side or at the foot of your bed.

Can I use the pet bed with my adjustable mattress?

Use caution on any mattress that adjusts and creates a gap as this may cause the pet bed to slip.

Do the support arms need to be removed when the bed is moved?

No, they may remain in place.
